As Lucas is getting ready to head out Mia shows up at the office to confront her sister. After years of holding a grudge and now that Josie and Mia's kids have been told that Lucas is Josie's Father, Mia wants a clean slate. Mia is also holding a secret she has been feeling quite ill for a few weeks now.
